Heartland EMV Processing – Ready Today!

Dinerware merchants that work with Heartland Payments for credit card processing already enjoy the benefits of Heartland Secure which encompasses Point-to-Point encryption and Tokenization. Now, Heartland merchants will be first to market with the ability to integrate a chip-card reader with their Dinerware system to process EMV transactions. Please contact sales@evergreen-pos.com for more details about integrating your Dinerware system with this new technology.

Non-Heartland EMV Processing – Almost Ready (for some platforms)

One of the great things about Dinerware, still to this day, is that you will always have the choice of which company you’d like to work with for merchant services. That’s a different approach than many of our competitors, especially those POS systems that require you to use their merchant services. Rest assured that you’ll always be able to choose your merchant processor as a Dinerware client, but there will additional software costs that will not be necessary if you work with Heartland Payments.

Integrating EMV chip card reader technology with Dinerware for non-Heartland networks will require a 3rd party software (middleware) gateway called Datacap NetEPay. Merchant will need to acquire the Datacap software and external card readers through Evergreen POS. Please contact sales@evergreen-pos.com for more details about integrating your Dinerware system with this new technology.

Here is the status of the Dinerware/Datacap integration to the common networks:
